2. Service Description
Publisher Bot is a multi-platform social media publishing tool that allows authorized users to:
Schedule and publish content (text, photos, videos, reels/shorts) to multiple social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Telegram.
Manage publishing channels and view publishing history and audit logs.
Upload and manage media assets for cross-platform distribution.
The Service acts as a publishing intermediary and does not own, modify, or claim rights to any content you publish through it.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to manage the social media accounts you connect.
4. Account & Authentication
Access to the Service requires authentication via an API token provided by the administrator.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.
When connecting third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube), you authorize Publisher Bot to access your account via OAuth 2.0 for the sole purpose of publishing content on your behalf.
You may revoke platform access at any time through the respective platform's settings or by disconnecting the channel within Publisher Bot.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights.
Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading/deceptive content.
Harass, bully, intimidate, or promote violence against any individual or group.
Publish content that exploits minors in any way.
Attempt to circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
Use the Service for any automated scraping, data mining, or unauthorized data collection.
Violate the terms of service or community guidelines of any connected platform.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you distribute.
License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service (i.e., publishing to your designated platforms).
Copyright Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. We may remove access to content or suspend accounts that are found to infringe copyright.
7. Third-Party Platform Compliance
When using Publisher Bot with third-party platforms, you agree to comply with each platform's terms and policies, including but not limited to:
We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts as a result of content published through our Service.
8. Music & Audio Usage
If your content includes music or audio:
You must have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any music or audio included in your content.
You are responsible for complying with each platform's music licensing policies (e.g., TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, YouTube's Content ID system).
Publisher Bot does not provide, license, or verify music rights. Use of copyrighted music without authorization may result in content removal or account action by the receiving platform.
9. Branded & Sponsored Content
If you use Publisher Bot to publish branded, sponsored, or promotional content:
You must comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws (e.g., FTC guidelines) and each platform's branded content policies (e.g., TikTok Branded Content Policy).
You are solely responsible for proper disclosure and labeling of sponsored content.
Publisher Bot does not verify or enforce compliance with advertising regulations.
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service.
Platform OAuth tokens are stored securely and used solely for authorized publishing actions.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.
11. Disclaimers & Limitations
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Platform APIs may change, impose rate limits, or experience outages beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $0 if the Service is provided free of charge).
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To revoke platform connections, disconnect channels within Publisher Bot or revoke access from each platform's settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service interface. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
